Please ensure boots are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent any marking on the soles before finalizing your purchase.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Carefully pack your footwear in its original branded box and place it inside a secure shipping mailer to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier service; once received and inspected at our UK factory, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
